Your course is very fine structured and built systematically. That fits me perfectly because I am also a very systematically structured person in a way without being too strict. The exercise with the future self was in the beginning not too much rewarding, but on the third day’s repetition I really felt the power coming from my future self.I shall do it again one time I think to feel that power and the impressions more distinct. Then I will go on to the next unit.My advice for others is: Don’t feel frustrated if you don’t feel anything from the beginning, just do it again. Feel strong enough to imagine , it is realizable. Many thanks Inelia, I know that this is what I have waited for a long time. I’m very excited to experience the next units of the course.

I bought the Ascension 101 course. It is very well organized and has some powerful meditations. Yet, this was too basic based on my work with Dao, yoga, working with emotions and the chakras. I feel this is a great starting point for anyone that is just starting on this work and recommend it. I am looking for more advanced practices hopefully soon. 🙂
