About this class
Are you feeling under control? Are you feeling out of control? There is a strong link between control, energy lines, attachments, manipulation, and empowerment. There are many programs and beliefs around control that are designed to muffle and keep us subjugated.
In this hour-long MP3, Inelia looks deeply into the energy and links surrounding control. It includes various exercises that will allow us to start disentangling unhealthy control lines, strengthening healthy control lines and consciously choosing between the two.
One of the most empowering audio classes to date, Control and Manipulation will provide you with the tools to set you free from your own programs as well as the covert manipulations of others.
About Inelia Benz
Inelia Benz is a writer, musician, artificer and researcher exploring consciousness, identity and the mechanics of reality. Her approach is practical, precise and grounded in application: what you find here comes from direct observation and lived experimentation rather than belief systems.
