About this class
This is an excellent time to detoxify your life, because at this moment we are going through a very specific, very empowering phase in our society.
This includes: your body, your ego, your emotional body, your energetic body, your mind and your environment. They are all linked.
The good news is that all these aspects of you can be easily detoxified and in most cases all we need to do is to stop getting "intoxicated" and allow the various bodies to clean themselves.
In this talk, Inelia explores what a toxin is for all of your bodies and how we can nourish and, if necessary, cleanse your bodies. It include many examples and effective exercises to follow.
